Catching you up on me!
I know that I said I was back about two weeks ago, and I promise you – I really have been. I just neglected the actual posting part of blogging! Honest mistake, I promise.
For those of you who are interested, I’ll give you a little bit of an update on my situation since I was last blogging on a regular basis.
I’m into my second year of law school, which means I’m much less sensitive than I used to be. I think I’m going to chalk it up to what amounted to purchasing my second BMW in equivalent student loan debt.
Probably the biggest single thing is that I’m recently single. I was in one of those relationships where telling people how long I had been dating prompted the, “WOW! That’s a long time!” response. I agreed, but that wasn’t why we broke up – that story’s very another post on another day.
So, where does all of this leave me now? I think set for bigger and better things. I’m a year closer to starting my career, so not only do I need to manage my expenses for myself now, but I need to master my frugality so I can pay off my heaping student loans when I do graduate.
Also, I think being single will give me an opportunity to really see a different side of myself money wise. As we all know dating is awfully expensive, but I think since I’ve been single I’m a lot more concerned with what I’m wearing and other material things that at the end of the day just leave my wallet empty.
Anyway, I just wanted to catch you guys up a bit on what has been going on in my life as I’m sure it’s bound to surface in my posts!
